Our place is a half hour from Lucca and we’d need a ride since the bus isn’t running that late (≈9:30)
Any recommendations for taxi service? Any idea how much it’d cost?

Train station?
If so there should be taxis there or a number you can call
I’d expect maybe 40-50 euros since the taxi probably has to go back to Lucca.
You might consider renting a car for your stay since it sounds like your villa maybe not good for transportation
Unless you plan to stay put the whole time
