Hi We will be arriving in Rome at 10:00 in the morning a few days before our tour begins. I have looked at options from FCO to our hotel which is near the Vatican. Anyone have input on the taxi's? It looks like they have a set rate. I looked at a bus also but it being our 1st. time to Rome and coming off an overnight flight I thought the taxi would be a better choice. Thanks you. Ciao!

Fixed rate is 55 euros
Make sure you are in official taxi line to n front of terminal
Ignore anyone offering a ride before you reach that line
Hand the driver your destination address
Confirm their credit card machine is working or simply pay cash
