Glad I came across your post I have been trying to find the same information. Does anyone have experience with this Alibus? Feel safe taking it and about how long would the trip from the ferry terminal to the train station take? Thank you in advance.

Alibus operates in several cities, basically an airport-to-city-center-or-port service. Cheap, comfortable but it's a bus, not a touring coach; runs frequently.
