This website: http://www.milanairportsguide.com/linate-airport-trains.htm indicates that the rough cost is about 23 euro to central Milan, maybe a bit more to Milan Central, an adder for luggage, more at night, bit of a tip....
Another option mentioned on the site is a direct bus, 5 euro.
