No need to use app at the airport
Just walk outside to the official taxi rank and wait your turn-a few minutes
Do not go with anyone offering a taxi outside of that line
Hand the driver your hotel address and confirm their card machine is “working” or hand driver 55 euros cash-fixed rate- NO tip required
55 euros fixed rate is for up to 4 passengers and luggage
Oops sorry you are going from Termini
Same advice-make sure you are in official taxi rank-Rome cabs are WHITE
Fare should be about 10-12 euros No tip
