Tax Refund desk-Fiumicino Airport Rome

Anyone know if this is open 24 hours, or …..? My flight is at 8am, which means I’m trying to do this about 5am. Thoughts?

I think there’s a desk at Termini Train Station (?). Can I do transaction there, or do I need to be leaving Europe?

What time does the VAT open at FCO?
The opening hours of the three Vat Refund operators at Terminal 3 are from 7 am to 10 pm. Outside of these hours, you will need to get your forms stamped by Customs as in the manual process.
