Has anyone used this site? Are they trustworthy? Have a couple tours we were looking to book with them, but wanted to double check.

I think this is the same company as walks of Italy. They have been in business for quite some time.

This is the same company as Walks of Italy. We did 3 tours with them in 2019 and enjoyed all. I plan to do a Paris tour in September.

I haven't taken my tours with them yet, but I can tell you they are what used to be Walks of Italy (since they have expanded now). We had like 5 tours booked with them for 2020. Since we agreed to a credit vs a refund when the 2020 trip did not happen, we were credited the amount we paid plus an additional 30%. Now in 2022, we have seven tours booked, since with the extra money we booked more tours. The one tour we asked for a refund, which was the most expensive, and which we would not be taking because the friends that were not going in 2020 would not go in 21 or 22, we got a full refund.
