Take All Three Official Vatican Tours?

Vatican seems to offer 3 different tours: museum & Sistine Chappel; Gardens; and St. Peters. Can I take all of them on one day? If I can, what order would you recommend and how much time should I allow for each (including the time it would take to go from the place where one tour ends and another begins and possibly a break)? I would also like to climb the dome at St. Peters. In case it matters: I am in Rome for three full days in June (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday). Any other suggestions, warnings,... would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Srini

There is no need to take all of the tours. The tour of the museums and sistine chapel and basilica is exactly the same as the tour of the musuems and sistine chapel but without the basilica. If you wish to tour the basilica you should choose the tour that includes it. I haven't done the tour of the gardens but have heard that it is not that great. The tour that includes the basilica lasts 3 hours, the tour that doesn't include the basilica lasts 2 hours. You start both tours at the entrance to the vatican museums. I would try for a tour in the morning and then after the end of the tour you can climb to the top of the dome if you wish.

Thanks for correcting me, Donna. I went back to the Vatican site and realized that the last tour I mentioned earlier includes the museums as well as St. Peters and is 3 hours long.
