I am looking for recommendations to do a sunset dinner in Tuscany IN a vineyard. Possibly Chianti area. Hopefully it includes wine tasting before. I have only seen one online from acaciaFirenze.com and it has no reviews. We will need pick up and return from Florence. We are also hoping to purchase some wine to be shipped home from the vineyard. We are not interested in going through a town before or eating dinner there either. I have searched TripAdvisor etc. Suggestions please?

This is not exactly what you are looking for, but it might be worth a consideration. La Cantinetta di Rignana is a restaurant in the Chianti area, run by a vineyard, with gorgeous terrace seating, looking out over the vineyards. I ate a delicious lunch there while on a small group tour out of Florence, three years ago. Lunch courses were paired with wonderful wines from their estate. The staff were all atwitter about two recent guests, saying "George and Amal ate here twice last week!!" There are many postings and photos about this restaurant on tripadvisor and it has very good reviews.

Lots of tours do lunch unless you email company, tell them you want and they’ll inform you what is possible, and if winery will cook dinner for 2 people, anything is possible for a price.
ask hotel/apt host if they know, stop by tourism info kiosk in center of city. good luck and enjoy

Here are a few that I came across when I was searching. While neither of them were advertised as a "sunset" wine/dinner tour, the first tour (starting at 6:00 pm) is mostly outdoors, so sunset should be included. :)

They both meet in Florence. I had a hard time deciding between the 2 but finally chose the 2nd one because it sounded more fun and informative - creating my own blend of wine!
