Sunday September 10th In Florence

This community never disappoints, so here is another non standard question from me..

Our third and final full day in Florence is Sunday September 10th. We plan on having seen all of the big sites by then..

2 questions:
1st - While I am not a regular church goer, I think it would be impressive to attend a mass in Florence, especially if they have mass at Cathedral of Santa Maria dei Fiori (The Duomo), Do they do a Sunday Mass there? I have not been able to find a definitive answer to this.

2nd - The Florence Football club is playing an away game. Recommendations for a great sports bar where we could watch the game with rowdy locals (but no "hooliganism")...

Thanks

Duomo has Sunday Masses at 7.30am, 9am, 10.30am, 12pm, 6pm. Entrance for Masses is from the door on the right side of the church.
Mass in English on Saturday at 5pm.

1-yes
2-Bar Marisa, next to the stadium, is the official place where Fiorentina (La Viola) staunchest fans meet. Be aware that if you wear the Juventus colors, black and white, like zebras, you will need to purchase travel insurance with a corpse repatriation policy, because you'll need it. Wear violet colors while in Florence, at all times.

Downtown, the game will be broadcast in many bars, pubs, and even restaurants, like Il Gatto e la Volpe.

While the crowd isn't rowdy, the Central Market (2nd floor) always has several big screen TVs tuned to Fiorentina away matches. If you don't find a rowdy sports bar, it's a good alternative.

This is a great "Irish" Pub on Piazza Santa Maria Novella where games are always "enjoyed".
