We will be traveling to Lecce, Italy (in the heel of Italy's boot). When we leave there in late Sept 2013 it will be on a Sunday. Our next destination will be Martina Franca, Italy. Since no trains run there on Sundays we need a bus. I cannot find a bus schedule from Lecce to Martina Franca. Any suggestions?????

Try http://www.fseonline.it/. Edit: Oops, that works for trains, but not buses. Maybe you could ask your hotel for a link to the appropriate bus line?? Or you might change your reservation to leave Lecce on a Saturday, if that would work.

Actually, I think it is FSEonline.it, but on a Sunday you probably won't have a direct route. So maybe Lecce-Taranto and then Taranto-Martina Franca. Or possibly take the train from Lecce to Bari (which should be available and fairly quick) and then a bus to Martina Franca. We public-transportation fans are used to going out of our way to get places, but still prefer it over car rental!
