Suit Cases

We are planning to take the train from CT to Arezzo. Our plan is to stop off in Pisa on the way and spend a few hours. My problem is what do I do with our suit cases. Two carry on size and a smaller bag. Help!

There's a baggage check at the train station where you can leave your luggage.
