Suggestions for spending a few days after RS Sicily Tour

We will be on a RS Tour of Sicily next October.
We would like to add 3-5 days at the end of our tour.
Obvious choices are staying on Sicily and/or exploring the Amalfi Coast.
We would appreciate any thoughts or suggestions.

After the Sicily tour last October, we spent 2 nights in Noto, 3 in Ragusa Ibla and 3 in Cefalù. We really enjoyed each stop.
