I would greatly appreciate any suggestions on moderately priced hotels in Palermo, Siracusa and Taormina. Also, any suggestions on restaurants where more locals rather than tourists might eat. Thank you!

Siracusa (Ortigia): La Corte degli Angeli B&B lacortedegliangeli.com The owner helped us pay for a parking ticket! There is a public parking place, guarded at night, a short walk away.
