Any suggestions for taking tour of Rome in any bus tour that does not have an open air bus. Due to cold weather in March.

I have to say, I was in Rome in March 2011 and we were NEVER cold, actually sweating half the time. Check out www.wunderground.com, it gives you past weather reports for any city. I didn't do any bus tours, I'm sure you'll get responses on which ones to use.

Viv, The lower floor of the hop on / hop off Buses is usually enclosed, so that should provide some warmth. For travel in March, you'll probably want to have some clothing for layering as well. Happy travels!
