It depends on the depth of your interest, and the knowledge you have before walking into the museums. I've done a number of Context tours in multiple cities, and they have completely spoiled me for other vendors. Interesting, well educated guides (typically with advanced degrees relevant to the tour topic), superb English, quality information. I had been to St Peter's and the Vatican museums several times before I took the Context tour, yet it so enhanced my appreciation of the art. And in a crowded site like the Vatican museums, the very small groups are really helpful. You can get to what you want to see much more quickly, compared to when a larger group has to wind its way through the crowd, wait for space to open up, and then gather there. Also, since the groups are so small, the guides typically ask about group interests and adapt the tour to those interests.

We were quite happy with Roman Odyssey for Vatican tour. Small group; well-educated, knowledgeable guide.
