I am a single woman travelling to Italy from May 27 through June 25. The first two weeks l will stay in Le Cure. Since l love art l plan to go to different museums and take private languages classes in the afternoon as well as some day trips to Tuscan towns. The last two weeks I will take the train to Salerno where I plan to take mornig classes and participate in various activities that the school offers. Both of my accommodations will be at an Airbnb. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Florence Pisa is an easy half-day trip from Florence by train. Some folks combine it with Lucca as a full day. The best way to Siena is by bus. If you can, consider an overnight trip to Ravenna and another to Assisi. They are too far and have too much to offer for a day trip. The mosaics in Ravenna are stunning, as are the Giotto frescoes in Assisi.
Salerno Explore the Amalfi Coast by bus and ferry. Take the bus or train to Paestum to see the temple and the archaeology museum. Train (maybe bus) to Pompeii. Train to Naples for the archaeology museum and explore a little of the city too.
