Sugar-Free Gelato in Rome?

My wife had bariatric surgery in January 2013 and her new stomach can't handle large amounts of sugar. Is there anywhere in Rome that has sugar-free gelato or at least a low-sugar option? Thanks. Very much appreciated.

Try Googling "suger-free gelato in Rome," for some suggestions. Sugar-free gelato does exist.
