I had given up hope but today, success! For those of you obsessing over limited time in Milan and how to get tickets to "Cenacolo," I found success with Milan Museum. I placed an order on February 13 for October 24, the only day we have in Milan before our flight home. Not hearing from them, other than to say they had our order, I also tried S E L E C T Italy on May 10. The danger was I would have success with both and either pay double or get one of you fine people to buy the extra set from me. Alas, a few days ago S E L E C T Italy advised all tickets for the date were sold. Dashed hopes! But today, Milan Museum came through, just 6 weeks before we need them. So, start early, hold out hope. You will pay more with Milan Museum or S E L E C T Italy than you will booking with Santa Maria della Grazie, but they were both very responsive and communicative. (Had to spell S E L E C T due to web formatting problems with the actual word. Google for the website.)
