Stuzzichini Apperitivo Hour

We will be in Rome October 10-13, We read and watched RS videos about free Stuzzichi Apreitivo Hour in Rome.

We will be staying at a hotel near Coliseum.

We want to enjoy a drink and experience this.
Anyone who has been to Rome recently, where is best bar/restaurants for Stuzzichi Apreritivo that puts out a decent spread of food?

I would pull up Yelp around your hotel with "apertivo" in the search. That's what we like to do. Also check with the hotel staff on where they like to go not where they send tourists but their favorites. :). Have fun, we stayed in Trastevere last year the food was my favorite part of Rome!!!
