I am reading an article in the 3/3/23 NY Times about strikes in Europe in March. I will be in Italy March 9-21. I plan to travel via rail and bus to Milan, Venice and Florence. Are there any planned strikes in Italy in March?
I have this website bookmarked, not sure if there are other places to check but this seems to be 'official'.

I'm also not sure how often it is updated.
Scroll through to see if your dates and places are listed.
This website was included in a posting on the Transportation forum:

It lists all of the Italian strikes (google translate will put it in English for you). I had intended to fly from Paris to Palermo on March 17th and, as you can see, there are many strikes posted for that day (and through out March) some national and some local. I spoke to my hotel this morning and based on their assessment that the 17th "is a BIG one - everything is impacted", I've changed my itinerary.
Since my concern was flying, I'm not really sure which of the listings might apply to you. But I found it to be a great place to start.
Good luck!
