I have a hotel reservation (Casa Sant'Andrea) in Venice located at Santa Croce 495B, and cannot find a map showing that street. Have tried many internet sites, but none show the location...including the hotel's own home page location site!

I looked on Tripadvisor. It's on Fondamente San Chiara which looks like it's right by the bus station at Piazzale Roma. Santa Croce is the district of Venice the hotel is in, not the name of the street.

Not sure it's much use honestly. Rule #1 in Venice is that you WILL get lost, Rule #2 is to be okay with this. Ask the hotel what the closest Vapporetto stop is and how to get the hotel from there. That is probably your best bet.

Without question, your closest vaporetto stop is the Piazzale Roma. If you're are coming in from the either the Marco Polo or Treviso airport, the buses bring you to the Piazzale Roma. You can then walk to your hotel. If you are coming in by cruise ship, you can walk to the hotel. If you are coming in by rental car, again, you can walk to the hotel.

Your hotel is very close to Piazzale Roma, the bus and car terminal, so you probably don't need to take the vaporetto.
If you use google map you will find the exact location of the hotel.
