We are ending a 9 day cruise tomorrow. We have added on 2 days in Venice. Has anyone stored their extra luggage in Venice or at the airport for 2 days

Why can’t you leave it at your hotel? It will be free. I presume you are staying in a hotel for those two extra days.

Thank you for the replies. To answer you question about the hotel, we are staying at an Airbnb. We have a lot of luggage and will arrive at the airport via bus from our cruise ship. I thought it would be easier to store the luggage at the airport and take one piece on the water bus rather than trying to move 4 pieces. I didn’t know if the airport was safe for storing suitcases or not.

I thought you were disembarking in Venice without going to the airport first.
You can leave your luggage at the Luggage Storage at the airport

Or you can also use the luggage storage services like Nannybag, Usebounce, Stasher, etc. which are probably cheaper. You can Google them and see what is most convenient for you.
