Will be driving from Matera to Salerno in Sept. Our plan is to stop at Paestum to see the temples on the way. We will then drop our car in Salerno before heading to Amalfi. Does anyone know if we can store our luggage in Paestum?

I know you have been bombarded with don’t leave luggage unattended ever warnings (I share them too), but at Paestum the parking is somewhat out in the open, so if the museum does not have luggage storage, I would not be overly concerned. It’s not as risky like a parking garage in Pisa for example.

Hi! I'm wondering if you ever found a definitive answer to this? We'll be on the train, so hoping to find a way to hop off and visit Paestum, but without toting luggage around. Thanks!
