I had a great suggestion of Verona. Just wondering if there were any other suggestions. We will be able to spend 2 nights....is that long enough for Florence or Siena?

First time in Italy, I take it? If so, Florence would be the logical choice. Siena would be second choice, if you ask me.

Thanks so much. Actually it's our 2nd time, but the 1st time was 10 years ago and this time is with our young children - 4 & 7...and I can't really remember how long it took to get everywhere!

I highly recommend Florence. If you're able to do all of Florence in a day, you can even take a day trip to Siena.
