Staying in Praiano to explore Amalfi Coast

We are staying at Villa Il Frantoio in Praiano. We have 4 days to spend exploring Amalfi Coast and surrounding areas. We enjoy beaches, hiking, good food, and night life. We don't require much sleep! We plan to visit Capri one day, but no other plans. What restaurant would provide spectacular view for a 30th birthday celebration with a party of 4?

What is the best way to get from Naples to Praiano and how much should we expect to spend?
What are the best beaches near our location?
What is the best night life in the area for young adults?

Ristorante La Brace or Ristorqnte La Strada

Best way depends on the meaning of best. Fastest is by car, either your own rental or a private driver. A private driver will want about 100€.

Cheapest is by train (Circumvesuviana line) to Sorrento, then the bus.

From Salerno you could also take a boat, but I don't think they dock in Praiano, only Positano.

Beaches are everywhere, but they are all cliffs with small pebbly coves. Google SPIAGGE COSTA AMALFITANA.

Nightlife is non existent in Praiano. There might be some bars with music. More so in Positano and especially Sorrento, which is bigger. The problem is that without your own car, you are stuck in Praiano because buses don't operate late at night. Of course there are taxis, but you need over 60€ from Sorrento

Hello Amacoskey,
We will be staying in Praiano in a little over 2 weeks and I've been reading on the subject, trying to gather as much info as possible.
From what I read, transportation is not gonna be as easy as if we were staying in Positano or Amalfi, but since we are a family of four, we will probably make use of water taxis leaving from Marina di Praia. (30 euros to Positano for example)
In Praiano, for night life, you have Africana night club which looks amazing (IMHO) but you should check the reviews.

If I was younger (and not travelling with kids) I would certainly check it out! :D
Have fun!
