My husband and I are staying in rome for five days and I think we would like to stay in the Navona area. Our budget is around 150/a night to 180/a night. I have found hotel primavera which is a great location but very inexpensive as well as a B and B called Palazzo Del Duca that we really like. But it hasn't had a review on trip advisor for several years which worries me. We will consider any place, thanks.

Try checking the hotel out on Venere.com and booking.com They also have hotel reviews and are more reliable than t.a. I will say that your budget is a little low for Rome, even with the recent improvement in the value of the dollar.

Hotel Teatro Pace is a couple of blocks from Piazza Navona, Dimora Navona is closer to the Pantheon. Don't know if it's exactly within your budget but should be close. Check booking.com.
