What are the typical start times for the 9 and 10 day Italy trips?

I’ve done the Turkey and BOE 21 day tours and we started between 8 to 9 AM. Usually 8:30 to 9 from what I remember.

I assume you're referring to the Rick Steves tours? In my experience, the start times can vary depending on the Itinerary for each day. If the group will be travelling a long distance that day or if there are a lot of day tours planned, the start time will be earlier. Other days will have a more "relaxed" start time.
Your best bet would be to contact the Rick Steves tour office, as they're the best source for specific information on whichever tours you're considering.
