I have seen many people comment that the best time to see these churches is when all the lights are on. Rick's book does mention that "usually" that time at St. Mark's is 11:30-12:30. Would most people concur about that time?
As for St. Peter's, I can't find a shred of information about when all the lights are on there. Does anyone know?
Apparently, the churches are lit up for Mass, but what about other times of day? Thanks.
