St. Mark's Basilica, timing for Basilica, Museum and then Bell Tower

When visiting St. Mark's Basilica would you purchase a time slot for the Basilica,Pala d'Oro, & Museum and then purchase the Bell Tower after? Or do Bell tower first then the Basilica, Pala d'Oro, & Museum? Ho much time between the two?
