St. Mark's Basilica ticket buying?

Recent (or current) travelers to Venice, I see online that you can currently only buy tickets for St. Mark's Basilica on site at Ateneo San Basso. I have a few questions.
1. Are these skip-the-line tickets, or entry tickets at the time of purchase? (I read somewhere that tickets are now required of everyone now because of COVID regs.)

2. Can you buy tickets early, say a day in advance? Long lines to purchase?
3. Do you purchase tickets to the Pala d'Oro, Treasury, Campanile, etc. at the same location?
I am finding the websites for Venice locations more confusing than for other Italian cities. I am not traveling until spring, so I know that opening hours change seasonally and may or may not be affected by whatever Covid protocols are still in place in a few months. Just hoping for some on-the-ground perspective to help with planning. Thanks!

We were in Venice in August. At that time, the only option was to wait in line for admission. It took us 20 minutes on a weekday afternoon. It was 3 euros. All other museums were purchased at entry to the respective museum once inside St. Mark’s.

I found the Venice website more confusing as well, just so you don't think it's only you. We're leaving in a couple days and I decided we'll have to get St. Mark's tickets once we're there. I don't know about buying in advance though, sorry!
