How do we take the SR 222 from Tuscany to Florence? Can't seem to figure out how to get on the SR 222 and what other roads etc need to be taken to get there.

Where in Tuscany are you starting from. Have you tried looking at a map, and/or entering your start and finish points into Google to get directions?

Florence is in Tuscany, so you don't even need to drive to get from Tuscany to Florence.

We are staying at the Fontanelle Estate.
Believe it's in Sienna but not familiar with the area or closest town

It is outside Siena-- NE - not far from S222
Go to Google Maps and put "Fontanelle Estate" and "Florence" in and get your directions there.
It's about a 2 hour drive to Florence
You may have to add a town that IS along S222 to get the route you want- add Radda in Chianti, Panzano, Grassina
Just a note of caution- you do not want a car in Florence- you can't drive in to the center anyway so make sure you have a place outside the center to park and take public transportation in.
