Sprint Global Roaming in Rome

Returned from Prague last week and it worked great - Sprint Global Roaming is included free of charge with many plans and includes free of charge texting and 2G data as well as calls at $0.20/minute. Didn't need to update data to LTE ($5/day or $25/week extra) as 2G worked well in most areas of the city so that I can use mapping, Uber, Google Translate, etc

Just wondered if anyone has used it in Rome and what their experience was like?

TIA

That’s fairly new with Sprint and I’ve yet to try anything except the texting since I seldom use my phone overseas and mostly use WiFi. On most days I don’t even turn my phone on. Glad it worked in Prague.

Yes, it came out sometime in 2017 and sorta/kinda replaced the Sprint Open World option.

I liked being able to use data in Prague, even at 2G, to help plan a tram routes and to use Google Translate. Just curious as to how well it works in Rome although I could hazard a guess that if it works in a Central European nation, it should work in Italy...….
