This summer's line-up of athletic activities in Florence has just been announced and for the first time, tourists will be allowed to join in all the sporting fun. But there is a catch: any perspective tourist athlete must first participate in the 'Historic Calcio Reenactment' as shown in the link below. Visiting players *must provide proof of sufficient health insurance.

Besides proof of health insurance you need to provide a decent arrest record. All the players I knew in the old days were former inmates.
