Specific gluten free restaurant suggestions in Italy

Hi -- we will be traveling to Italy in late June/ July this year. One of us has celiac and must follow a strict gluten free diet. I have the travel cards with information about celiac in Italian, I've been researching the various Italian celiac websites with reataurant listings, doing other internet searches here and other sites as well, and I know that we can try to ask restaurants to point out items that can be made without gluten. However, any SPECIFIC suggestions of restaurants that you have eaten at that either have gluten free menus OR that were particularly accommodating (and also were good!) would be appreciated. We are looking for suggestions for the following locations: Rome, Naples (just lunch), Sorrento/Amalfi Coast, small south Tuscan towns (we are staying near Pienza and Montepulciano and Florence. Thanks so much in advance! (Also, any suggestions for places that are not super expensive are particularly appreciated.)

Vaguely remember that the restaurant at the Hotel Eden offered gluten free pastas and definitely recall that the Floretine restaurant, Vecchia Firenze in Florence included gluten free pasta on the menu. The latter was bright and colorful. Food was just okay.

My friend has celiac and we had no problem getting gluten-free food in Tuscany and Umbria (he and his wife did not travel further south). Most places are very accommodating, the b&bs actually stocked gluten-free biscuits for him. Pharmacies also carry lots of gluten-free snacks. I'm sure you'll get more specific help from other posters.
