Rome to Naples (13 day tour). would you have any side tours to sicily?

There are no side trips to Sicily during the South Italy tour, as Sicily is a separate tour. That tour used to include Sicily, but the Itinerary was changed a few years ago so that's no longer the case.
I have no idea whether the South Italy tour will be scheduled for April 2016, but you can check the South Italy 2015 Tour schedule for an example of the schedules that may be used next year. It appears that those tours don't begin until the first part of May.

Been on that tour-wonderful! You'll see a whole "different" Italy. Several people on our tour went directly to the Sicily tour from Naples. As I remember, there was a day or two they were on their own in Palermo before the start of the Sicily tour. Just an idea.

South Italy is a popular tour itinerary, so we would expect it to run in 2016 with a schedule similar to 2015, but real 2016 details won't be published until next summer.
