We are doing the RS tour of south Italy tour mid-October. We are doing carry-ons. Should we bring a swimsuit? Don’t know if water temp warm enough in last half of October.

Yes. Just finished the same tour and we swam twice in the Mediterranean in Maiori at the hotels private beach and Capri on a boat tour. We also relaxed at the indoor thermal spa which is underground in a cave like setting at the hotel in Matera. That was a highlight of the trip in Matera. The hotel in Vieste had a pool but there was a thunderstorm that day and the pool was closed.
