I have an early flight from Naples to Rome in July. We'll be staying in Sorrento.
What's the best and quickest means of transportation?

Given the short distance from Naples to Rome and how time-consuming airline travel can be, have you considered taking the train instead?

How early? The earliest bus leaves Sorrento at 6:30 a.m. and gets to the airport at 7:45. See the bus schedule at
http://www.curreriviaggi.it. A taxi would be about 100 euros.
