My husband and I will be in Sorrento in late Sept. We are thinking of going to Capri via boat, checking our bags at the harbor, touring Capri, and then head for Naples via boat. Our final destination is Rome. How do we get from where the boat docks to the main train station in Naples?

There is also a taxi stand in the dock area. You're wise to take a boat from Capri/Sorrento to Naples because the trip is much more peaceful and the scenery far better than on the Circumvesuviana.
