I want to extend my trip to Rome after Nov 9. for about a week-10 days. I first thought to base myself in the south around Sorrento. Has anyone spent time there in November? I am thinking cooking school might be more appropriate for the weather. Does anyone have suggestions and or recommendation for a 4 -5 day sojourn maybe around Assisi or Siena-cooking school and lodging included?
