Looking for a place in Sorrento for a week. Would prefer vacation rental rather than hotel. Not renting a car. Any suggestions??

Hi Carolyn, Can highly recommend Villa Terrazza, located on the cliff side waterfront where the cruise ships moore and hydrofoils dock. Incredible deck with views over all of the Bay of Vesuvius. Just a short walk from Piazza Tasso. Various sized accommodation from bedroom to apt. suite. Long term rental preferred. Andrea was a very congenial host. [email protected] Buon viaggio. Sherry

It looks wonderful! However with prices starting at 1500 euros a week that is more than we are budgeting. I'll have to keep looking.

How about a B&B? I stayed at the Villa Adriana Guesthouse last year and it was really nice. The owners, Andrea and Valerio, are extremely helpful and run a first class B&B!! http://www.villaadrianasorrento.com/default_eng.htm
