+1 for Ambasciatori. Grand and Ambasciatori are run by the same parent company. If breakfast isn't literally included, the booking deal is likely to include a credit that will cover it. Also included: big pool with bar, and elevator to boardwalk bathing platform in the Gulf of Naples, below (each) hotel. Waterfront balconies (several sizes available) cost extra, naturally. Note that there is a minor problem at times with a few seagulls and with ferry horns in the morning. Big plusses: panoramic windows, windowshades controlled from the bed, frigid air conditioning!
These are full-service luxury hotels, not superior-tourist class. You'll get close to your price limit. This town books up six months in advance.
