Looking for a hotel in Sorrento city centre with access to a washing machine in the building. Taking a break from vacation rentals as friends and family of mine have been experiencing break-ins and thefts at AirBnBs across Europe. Unfortunately, in most booking apps, the washer/dryer filter is listed under room amenities so only apartment rentals are popping up. Thanks!

There are self-serve laundromats in Sorrento. We used one when we were in Rome that was open 24/7. You can ask at your hotel where the nearest one is or Google “laundromat near me”. Another option is to have the hotel send out your laundry. It’s usually not much more than doing it yourself. The laundromat in Rome was easy to use and included laundry detergent and softener automatically. We brought a very lightweight bag with us to transport the laundry to and from the laundromat.
