Hi! I am winding down plans and thought I had a secure reservation at the Hotel Regina Sorrento, but apparently I ended up with a garden view because I didn't confirm properly. I really want a sea view, but they are booked. I am looking for another place around $300 per night or less. Suggestions? so much is already booked and really expensive!

We stayed at Settimo Cielo few years ago, beautiful view, it's an ok hotel with pool, price was fair. View was beautiful and had air conditioning.

We stayed at Grand Hotel De La Ville several years ago. Great location, stunning view, delicious buffet breakfast, lovely roof top bar, pool, spacious rooms, and helpful staff. We would stay there again. I do not know the current pricing.

I checked out il nido and Grand Hotel de la Ville. The first did not have availability and the second was over $400 per night per room including taxes :( The prices looked great online until I checked out to see that it was over $100 per night in taxes!

Another suggestion- Sorrento hotel inquiries have been discussed on the Forum. Check out "Sorrento Hotels" on the RS Search function. I saw multiple recommendations that might meet your needs. I imagine sea views go first. Hope this helps.

Thank you. I called the hotel. They were nice and said it was a misunderstanding, but there are no sea view rooms available. More than likely, one will open within the next 5 months though. Hoping they can fix this somehow, because the other hotel would cost me an additional $1000 :(
