Does anyone have any experience with either of these establishments?
They both have good reviews on tripadvisor.com
I am most concerned about the IQ Hotel Roma, though for about $100 in February it seems like a good deal and it is newly opened. We were looking for something close to the train station.
Thoughts?

The train station area in Rome can be a bit gritty .I can recom Hotel Aberdeen across from a military barracks(xtra safe)approx 2.5 blocks from train station as an option.
We have been to Rome before so we know about the train station area. I checked out the Hotel Aberdeen and it looks nice but at 180 euros for one night, it is way out of our price range. Thank you for the suggestion though.
