Wow, the buyer in the first story, who’s in the roofing business, had never been to Sicily prior to 2019.

Now she’s gotten three €1 places in one village, plans to retire there with an art gallery on her first floor, and is bringing more people to find their own €1 dream home. At this rate, I imagine she’s ultimately going to be the mayor there, certainly the most prominent resident.
