Has anyone rented an apt in Paris from a Victor Bak, If so please eleabrate on your expereince. He seems upfront but I have learned to do my due diligence before committing. We are also looking for other apts that others have had a great expereince with - please write me your thoughts.

You can trust George Hamilton, not the tanned one, at historicrentals.com. My sister and I stayed in the Rosiers apartment and really enjoyed it. It was a little noisy one night, I guess the residents upstairs were having a party or something. That is my only complaint.
My husband and I have rented New Orleans apartments from George for years.
