Does anyone know to to get soccer tickets for sept 19 or 20th? I dont even know if there any games that day. Is it better to wait and try to get tickets there or do I go thru my travel agent?

The schedule for next season hasn't been released yet, but those dates fall on a fri/sat and most matches are played on Sundays. one can usually buy tickets for league matches on the day of the match at the stadium box office. But if the opponent is one of the bigger teams tickets may be required in advance.

While most matches are played on Sunday, it would also depend if that weekend Roma or Lazio was playing at "home", because they share the stadium, if you are set on seeing Roma play. As Michael said, the season hasn't been announced yet. You could buy tickets once you were in Rome, but you may have to settle for the more expensive seats, and it will depend on who they are playing. If it's the derby, Roma-Lazio, or against any of the big 3 (milan, inter, juventus) then finding tickets will be hard. Good luck, it's worth trying, there's nothing quite like in North America--Forza Roma!
