I have ordered soccer tickets for the May 15 match in Florence through World Ticket Shop. They are asking for a scan of our passports. Is this safe? Has anyone dealt with World Ticket Shop? Suggestions? Thanks! Janet Nicholson

This is necessary for matches in Italy. By law the tickets need to have have your name printed on them, or a "transfer" letter has created with your info included. You'll also need to bring your passport and letter to the match, the ticket collectors will match it up with your tickets/letter.
