Smartphone store in FCO, Terminal 3

Hello, I know there is a smartphone store in Terminal 3, where I can buy a European cell phone + SIM card. Does anyone know if that place is grossly overpriced? I'm willing to spend a little bit extra for the convenience, but don't want to be foolish if I could save a substantial amount by purchasing the phone elsewhere. Thanks!

I've read on tripadvisor.com that, as of sometime in June, the Smartphone store in T3 in FCO is closed (under construction, maybe?). Has anyone been more recently who can tell me if it's re-opened? Thanks!
